WINTER ATHLETES:

Since the beginning of this school year we have converted to a new software system for completing PIAA Physical forms digitally. ATS (Athletic Trainer Systems) allows parents and athletes to complete PIAA forms 1-5 online and then once your physical (PIAA 6) is completed upload it to your account.

Those athletes that have created an account for a fall sport will simply need to log back into their account (with the username and password you created) and complete the recertification form (PIAA 7).  Instructions are on the Athletic Web page, currently under the FILES/LINKS Tab also located in the Athletics Office and Athletic Training Room.

MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FRIDAY NOV 16TH! NO PAPER COPIES ACCEPTED!
