Registration for Second or Third Sport of School Year
The Athletic Department uses Student Central for athletic registrations and form submissions. This online registration platform will allow students and families in grades 7-12 to register for sports AND digitally submit all required PIAA athletic forms.
- The instructions below are only for students who have participated in a sport earlier this school year
- If not done so already, a parent/ guardian will first need to create an account on Student Central and connect the student-athlete account to the parent/guardian account. If needed, use this link for instructions to create an account.
- If this is the first sport of the school year for your child AND you already have an an account on Student Central, use this link for instructions.
- If, as a parent/guardian, you are adding another another child to your account, you will need to login and create another student account and add his/her information.
- Go to Registration Portal (linked here and above)
- Login to existing Parent account (Must be linked with Student)
- Click Athletic Forms
- Scroll down to Registered Sports section and ensure your student has the proper sports selected for the entire school year.
- If your student has participated in a prior season’s sport, and is now participating in a new seasonal sport, the Section 7: Recertification by Parent/Guardian form should appear
***What if I don’t see the Section 7 form under a winter/spring?***
If the student is not showing the form, but you know they should be, go to the student's Sports of Interest section, and be sure multiple sports are selected and that at least two of the sports occur in different seasons.
6. Click on the form, and complete all requirements as a parent/guardian.
7.If one of the six Yes/No questions is answered YES, you will be prompted to upload a Section 8: Re-Certification by Licensed Physician form after clicking Sign & Submit.
8.If all six Yes/No questions are answered NO, then proceed to the next step
9.Once Section 7 (and 8 if applicable) are signed by the parent/guardian, the status for Section 7 will show Awaiting Athlete Signature.
10. Scroll to the top of the Athletic Forms profile page, and click Log In As: (insert Student Name) on the right side of the screen
11. You are now logged into the Student account.
12. Scroll back down to Section 7, complete the remaining areas of the form as the Student, and click Sign & Submit.
13. The form will then go to Complete Status, or Pending Staff Approval if the school needs to review it.
14. Click Return to Parent Account, and the Sign Out of the system. No further action needed.
