It was a disappointing loss for the Vikings as they fought a tough battle against Wiss. Down 0-2, the Vikings fought back and scored 2 goals in the second half. The first goal, scored by Maggie Noonan, was scored less than 2 minutes into the 2nd half. This gave the Vikings momentum and they went on to tie the game 2-2 with 23:15 still left in the game.  Kaitlyn Lutz scored the goal. Then with 11:02 left in the game, Wiss scored, taking the lead. Although UM tried to battle back, and came close to scoring several times, the time ran out and Wiss walked away with the win.

UM played with intensity and heart through the entire game. It was a total team effort and the girls played their best.
