Balance was the key as Upper Merion swept a tough Upper Dublin team by scores of 25-12,25-21 & 25-20. The victory raises UM's record to 16-2 but more importantly allows the Lady Vikings to win their record breaking 8th consecutive American Conference Championship with a 13-1 league record. The balance in the offense came from Emily Shannon, Eryn Brady & Emma Andraka who had 10, 10 & 7 kills respectively.. Kailyn McNamee dished out 19 assists and Nikki Carpenter contributed 2 block kills. Emily (17 digs) and Ashley Shannon (14) dominated the defense.
