Both Varsity and JV teams notched wins over visiting Cheltenham today. JV won their first game of the season, 11-5.
The Varsity game was dominated from start to finish by UM. Haley O'Malley led the attack with 5 goals and 5 assists. Quinn O'Malley had 2 goals. Anna Davis, Allison Shuster, Francesca Lindelow, Molly Weygand, Lizzy Goernemann, Camille Martorella & Kelly Burns all had a goal for the Vikings.
Assists were also provided by Shuster (2), Davis (2), Riley O'Malley (2), Q. O'Malley (1) and Weygand (1).
Weygand led draw control with 6. Marion Fortino and Francesca LIndelow each had an interception. H. O'Malley caused 3 turnovers. UM dominated ground ball control - Anna Davis (3), R.
