The Athletic Trainers and Athletic Department has moved to digital paperwork submission for all Sports (CIPPE) Physicals. Below are directions as to "How to Register," parents will complete the first 5 pages online and take page 6 to the Dr. Once page 6 is completed, simply upload by scanning or taking a picture with a cell phone and upload page 6 to the Big Teams site. DELIVERY IS SATURDAY, MARCH 7^TH **Make sure you write your name on ALL your order forms!!!!! *Checks are written out to UM Crew Boosters *Orders of 10 or more bags get free delivery to their driveway, if they want less than 10 bags, they will have to pick them up on Saturday, March 7^th at our boathouse. If they live outside the Upper Merion School District, they can still order mulch, but they will have to pick mulch up on March 7^th at our boathouse.
