Boys Winter Track Meet is canceled for Saturday December 14 due to severe weather conditions coming our way.

Monday- November 25- Regular Practice 2:45

Tuesday-November 26- Regular Practice 2:45

Wednesday-November 27- 90minute early dismissal- Practice starts after school. There are no buses.

Thursday- Thanksgiving. No practice. Optional 5k Turkey Trot with Coach Pappas in Chesterbook. See him for details.

Friday- No official practice. Do the workout from Coach A's handout

Saturday- Official practice for distance, mid distance 9:30 AM at the track

Practice at Valley Forge Park at 9AM for distance/mid distance on Saturday November 23rd. Meet at the lower parking lot by the visitor center. Bring your own water.

If you need a ride, Coach Andreyko will be at the track at 8:30AM.
